Search Result Sorting — Added Relevance Sort

We've added an option to sort idea search results by relevance. Results whose title and description exactly match your query show up first.
Sort Options
- Relevance (default) — title match ≫ description match ≫ comment match
- Newest — descending by creation date
- Most popular — descending by vote count
Also, you no longer need to press Enter after typing a keyword — search runs automatically after a 300ms debounce.
