Write it in the editor, hit publish
Write a title and body, pick a collection, and it goes live on your public help center. Leave “Use for AI answers” on and Leni cites it too.
Fill your knowledge base two ways and Leni learns it, citing the source article every time it answers.
Already have a help center? Drop in the URL and the whole migration is done in one pass.
Publish an article and customers find it themselves on the public page, while Leni answers questions from that same article and links the source.

You get a branded help site with search, popular articles, and collections. The same articles open right inside the chat widget.
Leni answers only from published articles and lists the sources under each reply. If nothing covers the question, it hands off to a teammate instead of guessing.
An FAQ is one question and one short answer. Whatever Leni could not answer piles up in the unanswered queue, and the moment you write a reply it becomes an FAQ.
Every question Leni couldn't answer shows up with the docs it checked. Click “Add as FAQ”, write the answer, and it's indexed right away.
One question, one answer. Add up to 10 alternate phrasings so Leni matches it however customers ask.
When a conversation closes, Leni picks out questions worth turning into FAQs. Review them and click “Add to FAQ”.
Point Lenit at your existing help center or docs site and it pulls in the collection structure and every article as drafts. Publish them and Leni starts learning right away.
Paste your help center or docs URL and Lenit follows every page beneath it, collections and all. Import the same URL again to update what you already have.
See how many pages were found and imported as it goes. The import runs on our servers, so you can close the window and keep working.
Connect Lenit's MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or VS Code and write or update help articles right from there.
The help center starts on the Starter plan, with no limit on the number of articles. You can try every paid feature free for 14 days, no card required.
Any public help center or docs site imports from its URL alone, and Zendesk works without credentials. For Channel Talk, Intercom, and GitBook, add an API key or token to bring the full collection structure across. Keys are used only for that import and never stored.
No. Every imported article arrives as a draft. Review them, then publish one by one or a whole collection at once — only then do they go public and Leni starts learning from them.
No. Leni only draws on published articles that have "Use for AI answers" turned on. When you edit a published article, Leni relearns the updated version right away.
Yes. Turn off "Show on help center" for any article to make it AI-only: it stays off your public pages, and Leni won't link to it as a source. Even if you make the whole help center private, Leni keeps using your articles.
Yes. Add reference URLs and Lenit rechecks them every week, relearning only what changed. You can also upload PDF, XLSX, CSV, TXT, and Markdown files (up to 20 MB each, 50 files total). These sources never appear in your public help center — Leni just uses them as evidence.
No. Pick Korean or English as your source language and turn on translation — published articles are translated automatically. Visitors read them in their own language, translations update when you edit the original, and Leni answers in both languages.
Yes. Turn on the Help tab in your widget settings and customers can search and read articles right inside the widget, without leaving your site.
Yes. From the Starter plan, connect the Lenit MCP server and you can create and edit articles and collections, or kick off a help center import, straight from your AI tool.
