A public roadmap organized by status
Voting, In progress, Cancelled and Done columns fill up as statuses change, so customers can see exactly where the requests they voted for stand.
A public roadmap gives customers a reason to wait. Prefer to keep it internal? Make it private instead.
Ideas sit in the column that matches their status. Your team just moves cards, and customers follow the same board on your public roadmap.
Voting, In progress, Cancelled and Done columns fill up as statuses change, so customers can see exactly where the requests they voted for stand.
Drop a card into another column on the admin roadmap and the idea's status changes, with the public roadmap updating right away.
Rename any column and choose whether it shows on the public roadmap. If your policy keeps plans internal, switch the whole roadmap to private.
Connect GitHub and Leni, your AI agent, reads what shipped every day, finds the feedback it solved and marks it done. The roadmap stays current without anyone maintaining it.
Leni looks at PRs merged into your deploy branch and published releases, never work-in-progress branches or your whole codebase.
Leni compares each release against open requests and proposes the match with evidence: this PR implements this request. Approve it and the idea moves to Done.
Choose whether Leni waits for your approval or acts on its own. Once an idea is done, the author and voters get an email, and a changelog draft is ready to go.
Yes. Turn on Private roadmap in the admin roadmap and the Roadmap tab disappears from your public board, so outside visitors can't open it. Your teammates can still see it.
Yes. Switch off Show on public roadmap in a column's menu and ideas in that status are hidden from your public board and roadmap, which works well for an internal backlog. The default Voting status can't be hidden on its own.
Roadmap columns are your idea statuses. Every workspace starts with Voting, In progress, Canceled and Done, and from the Starter plan you can add statuses or rename them.
Yes. Every card on the public roadmap has a vote button, so customers can upvote right where they check progress.
Yes. The public roadmap is included from the Free plan. Leni's ship detection, which reads your deploys and moves requests to Done, starts on the Pro plan.
Only the changes in PRs merged into your deploy branch and the releases you publish. It doesn't look at work-in-progress branches, unmerged PRs or your whole codebase. For private repos, connect through the GitHub app and pick the repos, or use a read-only token.
Once a day at the time you set, Leni checks everything shipped since its last run. If you deploy with Vercel, Netlify or GitHub releases, it goes by the actual deploy; otherwise it treats PRs and commits merged into your deploy branch as shipped.
That's up to you. Status changes can be set to Off, Suggest or Auto, and Suggest is the default. In Suggest mode Leni waits for your approval with the PR as evidence, and the idea moves to Done only after you approve.
When Leni marks a request as done, its author, followers and voters get an email, along with visitors who subscribed by email. Customers can turn these emails off in their notification settings.
The roadmap lives in the Roadmap tab of your public board. The widget on your site doesn't include a roadmap tab; it has Home, Messages, Feedback and Updates tabs, plus Help if you turn it on.
