The Channel Talk alternative built for SaaS teams
One widget for chat, a feedback board, roadmap, changelog and help center. Ship what a customer asked for, and they hear about it.
Channel Talk is Korea's best-known customer messaging tool: it brings KakaoTalk, Naver TalkTalk, Instagram, LINE and phone into one inbox, and it's strong on e-commerce integrations and marketing messages. Lenit is built for SaaS and web product teams: next to chat it puts a feedback board, public roadmap, changelog and help center in the same widget, and it carries feature requests from chats all the way to release notifications.
Channel Talk is strong at chat; what comes after is up to you
A great fit for messenger support and online stores. The request → roadmap → release-note loop SaaS teams need lives in another tool.
With Lenit, chats turn into roadmap items and release notes.
Feature requests from chats land on the feedback board; ship them and they close out, with the customers who asked notified. (Pro plan · GitHub connected)
Requests in chats reach the board
When a chat closes, Leni pulls out the feature request and queues it for approval. Approve it and it becomes a feedback post, with the customer who asked as the first voter.
Same request, one post
If the request matches existing feedback, it adds a vote there instead of a new post, so you can see how many customers want it.
Ship it, and it closes out
Leni reads your GitHub changes every day, finds the feedback tied to what shipped, and suggests marking it done.
The customers who asked hear about it
Once it's done, everyone who voted, including customers who asked in chat, gets notified. Leni drafts the changelog too.

As your team and AI chats grow, what happens to the bill?
Drag the sliders. Channel Talk scales with operator seats and AI conversations; Lenit only with seats.
Channel Talk: USD pricing on channel.io/en/pricing after the Oct 16, 2026 change (checked Oct 29, 2026, excl. tax). Free+ includes 2 operator seats, extra seats $45 each (up to 10); the AI agent (ALF) has no free allowance, $0.70 per conversation up to 100 a month, then it pauses until next month. Startup is a 12-month contract at $200/mo ($230 paid monthly) with $150 of CX credit a month; as in Channel Talk's own example, we deduct $30 per operator seat and $0.50 per AI conversation from credit, then $45 / $0.70 once it runs out. Free+ seat terms come from Channel Talk's Korean help docs. Workflows, KakaoTalk, phone and marketing messages are excluded. Lenit: flat per workspace with seats included (Starter 3 · Pro 10, extra seats $12 / $18), AI replies included per seat (300 on Starter · 500 on Pro), overage $0.04 each only if you turn it on. Free plan: 1 seat, no AI. Yearly prices shown as monthly equivalents.
Frequently asked questions
What's the main difference between Channel Talk and Lenit?
Channel Talk is a messaging and CRM tool that's strong on messengers, phone, online stores and marketing messages. Lenit is built for SaaS teams: chat plus a feedback board, roadmap, changelog and help center, with requests from chats carried through to release notifications (Pro plan and up).
Can Lenit handle KakaoTalk chats?
No. Lenit takes chats through its web and in-app widget and email; it doesn't support KakaoTalk, Naver TalkTalk or phone. If most of your customers reach you on KakaoTalk, Channel Talk is the better fit.
Can I move my Channel Talk chat history to Lenit?
Yes. Send your past chats as a CSV file and the Lenit team will move them into Lenit. You can also import customers via CSV yourself (Starter and up), or keep Channel Talk and start with Lenit's feedback board and changelog.
