Leni answers first, grounded in your docs
Leni answers only from articles you have published in your help center and attaches the ones it used. If the docs don't cover it, Leni hands off instead of guessing.
AI handles repeat questions first, and widget and email chats land in one inbox.
Send campaigns, then track opens, clicks, and replies.
Widget or email, every question lands in the same inbox. Leni answers first from your help center docs, and only the conversations that need judgment reach an agent.

First response time, AI resolution rate, the days and hours questions pile up, and per-agent performance — all in support analytics.
Forward your support address to Lenit and email turns into a conversation. Replies go out from your own verified sending domain.
No second messenger to keep open — channels and DMs live on the same screen. When a conversation needs discussion, share it straight into a channel.
Spin up rooms like support or engineering, and keep one-on-one chats with teammates in the same place.
Drop a conversation card into a channel and teammates open the original thread in one click. No retyping the context.
Keep replies tidy in threads, and set each room to all messages, mentions only, or badge only.
Turn your most common questions into a scenario. Customers follow the buttons and solve it themselves, and only hand off to an agent or to Leni when they need to.
Add buttons to a greeting, drag from a button to the next step, and the scenario is done.
Ask for what you need — an email, say — then send people down different paths based on their answers.
A "Talk to a human" button hands the conversation to your inbox, while anything your help docs cover is picked up by Leni.
Yes. Forward your support mailbox to the dedicated address Lenit gives you, and every email arrives as a conversation. Replies go out from your verified company domain. The email channel can't be connected during the free trial, only after you subscribe.
Leni starts replying to customers on the Starter plan. It answers from your help center articles, FAQs, and the knowledge files you upload. On the Free plan, your team replies directly.
Yes. Switch off Leni's auto-replies in the inbox settings and new conversations go straight to your team. Conversations Leni is already handling carry on as they are, and if you have no help articles or FAQs yet, your team takes every conversation from the start.
When the evidence isn't there, Leni doesn't make something up. It offers to bring in a teammate, and customers can ask for a person at any time. The question is saved to your list of unanswered questions, and once you add it as an FAQ, Leni answers it next time.
Leni replies right away, day or night. When a conversation needs a teammate outside your hours, the customer sees your away message, and if they've left by the time you reply, we email them. Business hours are available from the Starter plan.
New conversations appear in the inbox in real time. If a customer is waiting for a teammate and nobody opens it within 2 minutes, we send an email alert, and you can send the same alerts to a Slack channel.
Yes. Save your go-to answers, then type / and a shortcut in the reply box to insert one. A saved reply can also update tags, status, and assignee as it's sent. Available from the Starter plan.
Yes. When a conversation is closed, the widget asks the customer to rate it and leave a comment. You can see the results in support stats, including each teammate's average score.
Support bot flows with button branching are on the Pro plan. On Starter, you run support with Leni's AI replies and your team.
Choose all customers or a segment, send by in-app message, chat, or email, and send now or schedule it for later. Opens and clicks are tracked, and with the email channel connected, customer replies land in your inbox. Available from the Starter plan.
