When someone submits feedback, AI spots similar posts and shows them right away.
Customers who want the same thing share their use cases in the comments, and your team replies right there with an Admin badge.
Voters are grouped by the customer traits your widget passes in, so you can tell at a glance whether paying customers are the ones asking.
Every request breaks its voters down by segment. Twenty votes mean something different when half of them come from Pro customers.
Combine customer traits like plan, usage, or seat count into segments, stacking as many AND conditions as you need.
Whatever you pass as traits when installing the widget is saved per customer, and you can see which traits came in and from how many people.
No. On the public board and in the widget, anyone can vote, post ideas, and comment without creating an account. Each visitor gets one vote per idea, so the same person can't pile on votes.
Yes. Install the widget and customers can post and vote on ideas from its feedback tab, right inside your product. From Starter, user identification recognizes customers who are already signed in, so posts show their real name instead of "Anonymous."
From Starter, AI shows similar existing feedback while a customer is still writing, nudging them to vote on it instead of posting a duplicate. Duplicates that slip through can be merged by your team, and on Pro, Leni, your AI manager, finds and cleans them up every day.
The merged idea's vote count is added to the one you keep, and its comments and followers move over too. The original disappears from the board, so everything lives in one place.
Yes. You can switch any idea between public and hidden; hidden ideas don't appear on the public board and can't be voted on. You can also hide an entire status from the public board.
Yes. Signed-in or identified customers can choose to post anonymously. Their name and profile stay off the public board, and only your team can see who wrote it.
Authors can edit or delete their own idea only while it's still in the first status (open for voting). Once your team moves it to another status, it's locked so the request can't change mid-flight.
Yes. When a status changes, the author and everyone following that idea get an in-app notification and an email. When you publish an announcement linked to the idea, the customers who voted on it hear about it too.
Yes. The public board, voting, comments, and widget are free with no time limit, for up to 30 ideas and 5 topics. Past the limit, only new posts are blocked — existing ideas and votes stay put. AI duplicate detection and segment analysis start on Starter.
