Getting started

Get started in 5 minutes

The shortest path from signing up to collecting your first idea. Follow this guide and you'll be gathering customer feedback inside your own product within five minutes.

Step 1 — Sign up (1 min)

Sign up with your email and a password at lenit.cloud/signup.

TipEmail verification
A 6-digit code is emailed to you right after you sign up. Enter it within 10 minutes.

Social login isn't supported — for security, admin accounts use email and password plus email verification only.

Step 2 — Create your organization (1 min)

Once you've signed up, the 3-step onboarding flow starts automatically.

  • Organization — name and slug (public URL: lenit.cloud/board?slug={slug})
  • Branding — pick your main color
  • Topics — at least three starting categories (New feature / UI improvement / Bug, and so on)
NoteOne organization = one board
Running several products? Create a separate organization for each one.

Step 3 — Create your first idea (1 min)

You can post one yourself from the admin dashboard with the New idea button, or let customers submit theirs on the public board (lenit.cloud/board?slug={slug}).

Step 4 — Install the widget (2 min, optional)

Install the widget to collect feedback inside your own product. Three lines of code is all it takes.

    traits: { plan: "pro" } // Optional - used for segment analysis
  });
  (function(d,b){var s=d.createElement('script');
    s.src='https://lenit.cloud/widget.js';s.async=true;b.appendChild(s);
  })(document,document.body);
</script>

See the widget installation guide for the full setup.

Step 5 — Connect a webhook (optional)

Connect a webhook if you want your own server notified when an idea changes status or an announcement goes out. From there you can reach the people involved through your own channels — KakaoTalk, email, push, whatever you use.
