Text analysis & CSV import

Paste in text — support tickets, reviews, meeting notes — or a CSV exported from another tool, and AI pulls out just the product feedback and feature requests as ideas. Handy when you're moving existing data into Lenit.

Text analysis

You'll find it under Feedback extraction (/admin/feedback-analyzer) in the admin sidebar.

  1. Paste your text — support tickets, reviews, meeting notes — into the box.
  2. AI extracts only the product feedback and feature requests.
  3. Review the extracted titles and descriptions, and edit them if needed.
  4. Add them as ideas.
TipDuplicate protection
Before anything is added, similar existing ideas are surfaced automatically so you don't create duplicates.

CSV import

Use this to move feedback exported from another tool — a spreadsheet, Notion — over in one go. It lives under Project settings → CSV migration (/admin/csv-import).

Upload

  • Only .csv files are supported.
  • Drag and drop the file to upload it.

Analysis & progress

After upload, AI reads every row and keeps only the product feedback and feature requests — small talk and greetings are dropped. While it runs you'll see these numbers.

  • Total rows
  • Rows analyzed
  • Extracted
  • Skipped

Review & add

  1. Review the suggested merges for similar items.
  2. Approve, reject, or delete each one.
  3. Approved items are added as ideas.
NoteExcel and Google Sheets
Export Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets to CSV first, then upload.
