How the Starter and Pro plans differ, and which plan each feature needs. Every plan is a flat monthly fee with seats included; go past the included seats and you only pay per extra seat. Need 20 or more seats? Contact us about the Business plan.

The prices shown are what you're actually charged. Pay yearly and one month is free, which works out to $35.75/mo on Starter and $63.25/mo on Pro. Past the included seats, each extra seat adds $12/mo on Starter and $18/mo on Pro.
Customer-facing AI includes 300 replies per seat per month on Starter and 500 on Pro. When they run out, conversations hand off to a human agent at no extra charge by default; turn on overage in Billing and the AI keeps replying, with anything over billed at $0.04 each the next month.

Upgrading
To move up a plan:
- Click Plans in the admin sidebar.
- Pick the plan you want in the upgrade dialog.
- Pay by card. Payments are processed by PortOne.
