Roadmap
How to plan your work on a status-based kanban board and share it transparently with customers on the public board.
Opening the roadmap
Click Roadmap (/admin/roadmap) in the admin sidebar to open the kanban board. Drag cards to change a status or reorder them.
Managing statuses on the kanban
Each column is one status — Voting, In progress, or Done, for example.
- Move to another column — dragging a card to another column changes that idea's status.
- Reorder within a column — drag cards up and down inside the same column.
- Paging — each column shows five cards, and Show more at the bottom loads the next batch.
Renaming columns
Double-click a column title to rename it inline.
To add or delete columns (statuses) or change their color, go to Statuses in Project settings.
Hiding the roadmap from customers
If you're not ready to share the roadmap, turn on the private roadmap toggle to hide the roadmap tab on the public board. You keep managing the kanban internally without exposing it.
The roadmap customers see
On the public board's roadmap tab, customers can browse cards and vote. Their view is read-only — they can't drag cards or change a status. Reordering and status changes happen only on the admin roadmap.
