Project settings

How to configure your workspace — service details, statuses and topics, CSV migration, and teammates.

How settings are organized

Click Project settings (/admin/settings) in the admin sidebar. Settings are split into these sub-menus.

  • General — service details and branding
  • Statuses — the stages an idea moves through
  • Topics — tags that categorize ideas
  • CSV migration — import data from other tools
  • Teammates — invites and roles

General

Set your service details and how the public board looks.

  • Service name / description
  • Workspace URL (slug) — becomes your public board address (lenit.cloud/board?slug={slug}).
  • Logo / brand color
  • Hero banner — image, title, subtitle, color
  • Theme — light or dark, applied to the public board

Statuses

Statuses (/admin/statuses) manage the stages an idea moves through. Create, edit, and delete statuses, pick a color and icon shape, and use the Hide from public board toggle to keep a status internal.

The four default statuses (Voting, In progress, Cancelled, Done) are listed separately from the custom ones you create.

Customization such as renaming statuses requires a paid plan (Starter, $39/mo or above).

Topics

Topics (/admin/topics) manage the tags used to categorize ideas. Each topic has a name, color, and emoji.

Topics are unlimited on both Starter ($39/mo) and Pro ($69/mo).

Teammates

Invite teammates by email and assign roles under Teammates (/admin/team). There are three roles: Owner, Admin, and Member.

You can have as many teammates as you have purchased seats. Add seats to invite more people.

CSV migration and changing plans

CSV migration — bringing data over from another tool — has its own guide: see Text analysis and migration.

To change plans, click Plan in the sidebar to open the upgrade dialog. See Plans & features for what each plan includes.
